All merchandise will be carefully, professionally packed to prevent damage during shipping. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally . All damage MUST be discovered at the time of delivery. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write "damaged" on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call Autobarber.com within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
Special order Policy
Autobarber does not stock special order product. All special order products are made by order. Customer should expect a month of waiting time. If there is any cancellation for any reason by buyer, Autobarber will only refund 70% of the total price. All shipping dates of special order are given as approximation. Autobarber shall not be responsible for any late shipment. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time.
Returns Policy ( after package is signed and accepted )
Special order can not be returned. There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or installed. All return must be approved by Autobarber return department. You have up to 5 days after receiving the item to file for a return for any reason. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be returned in original packaging with the customer responsible for return shipping, original shipping fees are non-refundable. A RMA number will be given with return shipping address if approved. All approved returns must be returned to Autobarber.com warehouse in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Autobarber.com. If the product is not received in original packaging or better, in the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
Installation of Aerodynamics
Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with custom fiberglass body kits experience perform the installation. Collision repair shops are not reccomended for installation of body kits as labor time and procedures differ vastly from OEM vehicle parts. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.
